  1. I haven’t heard of Qigong before, which is quite surprising as I’ve been to China many times. Is it something that is commonly practiced in China? I think everyone can benefit from a decrease in stress – modern day life is so hectic, fast paced and stressful. Sometimes we need to stop, take a break and relax. And it seems like Qigong would be perfect for this.

    • Yep, Qigong is still practiced in China and thankfully it has spread to the west. It’s not as well known as Tai Chi, but qigong is easier to do for people with limited physical abilities. Thanks
